We offer LIVE training through our regularly scheduled Webinars! These training sessions will connect you with a few other people all receiving live instruction and help for using the DirectTech CMS system. This is done via web conference so you can see the trainer's computer screen and watch what is being done and talked about. You are also connected over the phone so you can hear and ask questions. You will receive a tour of the system and a run through how to do your most common applications. Then, you will also have the ability to ask questions. Here are some FAQs about these webinars:
Q: How long will the training session last?
A: The webinars will last approximately 1 hour. As it is via web/phone conference, you can leave the session at any point that you need to.
Q: I can't participate at the scheduled times. What other options do I have? A: Just for that reason, our webinars are recorded! After a webinar has completed, an MP3 of that session will be made available in our Member's Only area so you can listen to the session on your schedule.
Q: How many times can I participate in a webinar?
A: As many times as you want!
Q: Is there a cost to participate in the webinar? A: The webinars are just one form of support that we provide to you as part of your hosting service. However, the phone call is NOT toll-free, so long distance telephone charges may apply.
